Grant Charman is a highly experienced and qualified Estates Director, Project Manager, Facilities Manager, and Chartered Quantity Surveyor with over almost 40 years experience in the property sector. He has held director-level positions at several major consultancy firms, the UK's largest group of schools, and a top 20 UK university. Grant specialises in developing and implementing comprehensive estates solutions for educational institutions, ranging from small schools to large universities. 

Grant has a proven track record of success in managing complex projects, including the development and execution of a £1 billion university development strategy. His expertise encompasses all aspects of estate management, including capital project oversight, maintenance planning, regulatory compliance, and due diligence. Grant is a skilled communicator and collaborator, with a deep understanding of the educational landscape and a passion for creating outstanding learning environments.

Alison Charman is a qualified estates professional with nearly 20 years of public sector experience. She held various faculty and facilities positions at a top 20 UK university within faculty administration and estate operations, including security and parking. Subsequently, she qualified as an Asbestos Manager, and was responsible for over 200 buildings on various university campus’. She then established her own asbestos consultancy and is now a recognised expert in digital asbestos record management within the NHS.

Alison's proven excellence in facilities management and broad health and safety knowledge enhance our ability to provide comprehensive services.
